St1’s distribution network for transport fuels comprises of more than 1200 marketplaces in Finland, Sweden and Norway. A growing number of stations also offer gas and charging for electrical vehicles.

St1 Refinery

St1 Refinery in Gothenburg, Sweden, develops and refines liquid fuels with a processing capacity of 30 million barrels of crude oil per year. It is one of the most energy efficient oil refineries in the world and the first refinery in Europe to acquire the environmental certification according to ISO 14001:2015.

Biogas

Liquefied biogas (LBG) is a renewable fuel that plays a significant role in the reduction of emissions from heavy transport. St1 is aiming to build an extensive Nordic biogas distribution network.

Liquid biofuels

Liquid biofuels are renewable alternatives to fossil fuels, produced from organic materials such as plant-based oils, waste fats, and agricultural residues. Liquid biofuels include bioethanol, renewable diesel (HVO), and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
