Welcome to the St1 website and mobile application accessibility statement. Our goal is to make our services more accessible to all users and we are constantly working to improve them. Accessibility is an important starting point of the design and development process of our services. We are committed to improving digital accessibility and user experience for all users of our site and mobile applications and meeting the relevant accessibility standards set in the European accessibility act. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of our services and the accessibility statement is updated regularly.

This statement tells how well St1 is meeting the criterions used to define accessibility, which are defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2. The guidance has been created so that designers and developers of websites and digital services can improve the accessibility of digital user interfaces for users with various functional limitations.

The accessibility statement was last updated on October 28, 2024. The accessibility of St1.com and its services has been audited by an external party.

Accessibility status of the digital services

We work continuously to improve the accessibility of our services and the accessibility statement is updated regularly.

Generally the services currently partially meets the accessibility requirements.

Formal complaints

You have the right to file a complaint with Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland if you are not satisfied with our response or do not receive any response within two weeks.
