North European Oil Trade Oy (NEOT) is a significant independent fuel supply company in the Baltic Sea region. It delivers fuels to major Nordic service station chains – St1, Shell and ABC – with a total of 2,000 service stations in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

Aviation Fuelling Services Norway AS (AFSN) provides aviation fuelling services at 11 airports in the Norwegian market. AFNS is co-owned by Shell Exploration and Production Holdings B.V. and St1.

St1 Biokraft AB specializes in biogas production and sales. It is a joint venture between St1, HitecVision and Aneo.
