St1 Nordic Oy has signed a contract with Blue Energy Holding AS, a 100% owned subsidiary of AS Green Cube Innovation, on the sale of St1 Norge AS shares. The sale follows the Norwegian Competition Authorities’ decision related to St1 Nordic Oy’s acquisition of Smart Fuel AS in Norway in 2015.
St1 Norge AS owns 39 St1 branded fuel stations in Norway. The St1 brand will remain on the stations.
The transaction requires the Norwegian Competition Authorities’ final approval.
